Uniform Ordering Instructions (3) STEPS

 

You are about to begin the process of ordering your school uniforms. Please ensure all items fit loosely and comfortably by measuring yourself accurately before making any selections.

 

STEP 1: Initial Uniform Package

Order your Initial Uniform Package. (Select New Students: Baking-Pastry | Culinary | Hospitality)

• (1) chef jacket (5 more jackets to come after fitting)
• (6) chef pants
• stone-colored bib aprons with the CIA logo
• greenside towels
• white neckerchiefs
• white beanie-style chef hats

 

⚠️Note: You will receive only 1 chef jacket so you can confirm your size. Once confirmed, you will return to the same website to order your 5 remaining chef jackets and submit any needed size exchanges.

 

Shipping and Exchanges

• Your initial uniform package will be shipped to the home address you provide.
• Exchanges for your white dress shirt, black dress pants can be made in Step 2.
• You will be responsible for return shipping.
• We only ship to Continental US. All other shipments are delivered to the school.
• The chef jacket embroidered with your name cannot be returned or exchanged, so choose your size carefully.

 

STEP 2: Order 5 Remaining Jackets

1. After you have tried on your uniform, return to the website and order your 5 remaining Chef Coats

 

 

STEP 3: Exchanges (new sizes for white dress shirts and black dress pants).

• 1. Select Student Type:"Exchanges"
• 2. Enter new sizes only for items to be exchanged.
• 3. If you are not returning DO NOT enter sizes.

 

• Return the items at your expense (dress shirt, chef pants and/or dress pants only).
• Use the return information card included in your initial package.
• Clearly fill out and include your contact details with your return.
• Exchanges will only be processed after your returned items are received.

 

Final Steps

 

• Once you arrive on campus, you’ll be notified where and when to pick up your remaining jackets & chef pants and any exchanged items.
• Before submitting your order online, take time to review and confirm your sizes carefully.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your order – please save it for future reference.
