HYDE PARK, NEW YORK CAMPUS SELECTION

These are the uniforms you will be working in –they should fit loose and comfortably – please choose all your sizes carefully after you measure yourself.

 

1) Uniform Sizing

Please choose all your uniform sizes carefully. Your uniforms will be shipped to your home shipping address you enter here. You are responsible for the return shipping expense for any items you wish to exchange. (Note: We can not ship to a PO BOX - it must be a physical address). Students residing outside the continental US (Alaska & Hawaii) and all International student uniforms will be shipped directly to the school.

 

2) Exchange and change in size policy information
Any exchange and/or change in size must be completed as detailed below ONE (1) week after you receive your Uniform package.

a. CHEF JACKET

You will receive a total of 6 chef jackets.
Order (1) of your 6 chef jackets with your initial uniform order. The purpose of receiving this (1) jacket is for you to confirm the jacket size for your remaining 5 chef jackets.
Chef jackets cannot be returned.

 

You must return here (URL below) and place your order for your remaining (5) jackets. You MUST select Student TYPE "5 remaining Chef Coats from drop down menu.

 

 

b. CHEF PANTS, DRESS SHIRTS AND DRESS PANTS

If you need to change your size you must email sales@theultimateimage.com your new size request one (1) week after receiving your package. You must also return ship, at your cost to The Ultimate Image the items you are exchanging for a new size. Your exchange WILL NOT be processed unless and until we receive your uniforms back. You must ship within ONE (1) week after receiving your uniform package. Please INCLUDE inside the return box your contact information and sizes that you are requesting. Our address is on the bottom of your confirmation email.

You will pick up your remaining five (5) embroidered chef jackets and any exchanges on Campus at a time and location determined by the school. You will be notified once you arrive on campus.

 

3) Upon your arrival on Campus the school will notify you of where and when you may pick up your exchanged uniform items and/or five (5) remaining embroidered chef jackets.

 

4) You will have the opportunity to review and revise your online order before submitting it. – Please check your sizes carefully.

 

5) You will also receive an email confirmation of your order – please save for future reference.

Provide your middle initial if you wish it to be embroidered on your permanant chef jackets.
